Whether you need support producing your next advertising or marketing asset, acquiring new sales or media buys, managing communications, or simply taking tasks off your plate, Waverly’s Temporary AOR program is built to adapt to your needs without the commitment of short or long-term contracts. Just tell us what needs to get done—we’ll handle the rest with efficiency, expertise, and seamless execution.

Think of pre-production as the blueprint for your event. It helps determine what’s possible, how it will come to life, who needs to be involved, and what it might cost—long before anything is physically built.

• Kickoff Call (via Google Meet or phone)
  We’ll start by learning about your project, goals, and vision.
   
• What we can do: manage creative development (such as ads and campaigns), media planning and buying across various channels (TV, digital, print, radio), brand strategy, communications, digital marketing, market research, and more. 
   
• Team Sourcing & Budgeting: Find the right people to help pull off any current or future projects, and We’ll gather ballpark figures for talent, production elements, and more.
   
• Production Build-out (If Needed)
  If your project requires it, we’ll create a production plan including estimated timelines, deliverables, and logistics.
   
• Location Search & Insurance Guidance
  We’ll help identify potential shoot locations and flag any insurance requirements.
   

You’ll receive a comprehensive Email or PDF document outlining the scope of work and our responsibilities during the time of your package.  

Please note that our A.O.R. programs do not include production budgets, costs for hiring additional team members, or expenses related to show up for in-person meetings, events, or on-site project support. 

To get the best outcomes, all assignments should be submitted a minimum of  72 business hours (3 Business days — Saturdays and Sundays are not included in this package and do not count as business days) in advance. Rush projects requested on shorter notice will be billed at time and a half, meaning each hour of rush work will count as 1.5 hours against your total.

Your package includes 1 hour consultation + you can choose a minimum of 5 working hours and can go up to 40 working hours Max for Hourly A.O.R. We will use an adequate time block to ensure we deliver the highest-quality results. Each time block will be agreed upon in writing and in advance before we begin working. From the date of purchase, you’ll have 60 days from the date of purchase to use all booked hours. 

Waverly's A.O.R. is a flexible, collaborative virtual partnership—like a working consultation—where we function as part of your team without long-term commitments or obligations. This month-to-month contract covers Waverly's fees for doing the work requested, not producing or executing the idea ( examples: photoshoots, paying for services, producing projects, etc.). All production costs are the client's responsibility. 
 

All Waverly A.O.R plans are final sale 48 hours after purchase or once a Kick-Off Call has been scheduled and completed—whichever comes first.

Waverly reserves the right to decline any A.O.R. request at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation, even if payment has been made. In the event that your campaign is not accepted, you will receive a 100% refund of your total payment. Refusals may occur due to compliance with local laws, regulations,  other legal considerations, or the timing of your project. We appreciate your understanding.

For all A.O.R Service - each order is valid for one campaign only and must focus on a single brand, product, service, person, or destination. Orders cannot be split across multiple campaigns or used to promote multiple entities. Thank you for your understanding.
