Standard Operating Procedures

When working with Waverly, your Wild Poster campaign is typically launched within 1–2 weeks from the time your order is placed—unless you specify a preferred launch date in advance. Below is a step-by-step outline of what you can expect after placing your order:

  • Initial Contact (24–48 Hours)
Once your order is submitted, a Waverly representative will reach out within 24 to 48 hours to confirm your purchase and request any necessary creative files or campaign details required to begin planning.

  • Project Planning & Coordination (5–7 Business Days)
After receiving your materials, we initiate the planning phase, which includes mapping out poster locations, staffing logistics, and printing schedules. This process typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Upon completion, you’ll receive a detailed project outline via email.

  • Campaign Launch & Execution (3–14 Days)
Once production is ready to move forward, you’ll be notified via email that your campaign has officially started. Depending on the volume of posters and selected locations, the on-ground installation process usually takes between 3 to 14 days.

  • Ongoing Communication & Updates
Throughout the campaign, Waverly will provide regular updates, including progress snapshots and key milestones, to ensure you’re informed every step of the way.

  • Final Reporting & Documentation
At the conclusion of your campaign, you’ll receive a comprehensive final report, which includes high-quality photographs, location confirmations, and—when available—video footage capturing the execution of your Wild Poster campaign.
